Defunct independent record label based in New York City, USA. For the first four releases (1992), the label was based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA. Co-founded in 1992 by Joel Morowitz and Jeff Price, founder, president & CEO of digital music distributor TuneCore. Parts of the catalogue were bought by One Little Indian Records after the label went bankrupt in April 2007.
