Early 80s label, created by Gene Griffin. The owner of the label was the company Sound Of New York Records, Inc.. Not to be confused with Peter Brown's late 70s/early 80s Sound of New York, USA. Had many distributors, including Sutra Records, CBS Associated Records, and Motown to name a few.
