Label founded in late 1987 by Sam LeFrak and Herb Moelis. The specialty label focussed on the Latin freestyle and hip hop genres. LMR ceased operating as a label in 1996, and shortly after was folded into . Its official name is LeFrak-Moelis Records, but sometimes LMR branding is only present on releases.
