New York-based label founded in 1993 by Camille Sciara. Grass Records was distributed by Dutch East India Trading until 1996, when Alan Meltzer acquired the company and made a distribution deal with BMG Distribution. Grass Records became Wind-Up in March 1997. Note that any releases featuring a catalog number that follows the 60150-130XX-2 scheme were not released until the BMG distribution deal in 1996. This includes reissues of titles released by Grass prior to 1996.
