Founded in 2001 by Konrad von Löhneysen as Ministry of Sound Recordings Germany with the participation of Ministry of Sound as the German sub-label of the British main label. Since 2007, von Löhneysen is the sole owner. The label changed its name in September 2010 to Embassy of Music. Also Known As Embassy of Music GmbH, Ministry of Sound Recordings Germany GmbH As of February 2010, CDs are distributed by Warner Music in the Germany-Switzerland-Austria region. Online distribution is managed via Zebralution. It was previously distributed by Edel. Label Code: LC 24833, a number of early releases carry LC 11683.
