A subsidiary of Casablanca Records created by label co-founder Cecil Holmes in 1975 and best remembered as the original home of funk powerhouses Cameo and Starpoint. It was shut down by PolyGram in 1983 and Holmes moved on to become vice president of Black Music for CBS Records.
