US budget CD sublabel of Caroline, started in 1990. Some editions were marketed via Caroline Distribution as Blue Plate releases, but they don't clearly indicate Blue Plate on the packaging. Some only mention Caroline Records, and others are imported Virgin UK editions sold with US barcode and price stickers on the outside of the jewel cases. To mitigate confusion, just enter on the labels on the release, and use the release notes to mention the connection to Caroline Blue Plate, additional stickers, US release dates of imported CDs, etc.
