Danish record company, established in 1999, was a division of Bonnier Amigo Music Group with offices in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. Main genres were pop and dance music. Bonnier Amigo Music Group started in 2001 as the result of the merging of the record companies Amigo and Bonnier Music. In December 2009 the management buy out was completed after Bonnier Amigo period and the label became Cosmos Music Group. The company is today privately owned by Fredrik Ekander, Cai Leitner, Kent Gillström and Christian Drougge. In early 2010 Cosmos Music Group entered a partnership with fellow Swedish indie Playground Music Scandinavia. The logistics of the Cosmos Music Group's distribution is today being handled by ENS in Borås, Sweden. See also Bonnier Music Denmark A/S.
