Label established by Larry Fast (aka Synergy (3)) in 1986 as a sub-label of Passport Records marketed by Jem Records, Inc. to get in on the then popular New-Age and New Instrumental Music genres. The initial batch of six albums and a sampler came in uniformly designed sleeves. Their releases were among the most cutting edge technologically at the time from the US and UK. After diversifying and widening its scope, the label ceased operations in 1989.
