AXR was a Finnish label, owned originally by Audiovox Records Oy and later sold to Edel Records Finland Oy. When Edel's Finnish operations were sold to Playground Music forming , they sold the AXR's and Edel's Finnish catalog to a new company AXR Music Oy in 2010. That company release music through the label AXR Music, which should not be confused with the label AXR.
