Ralfs Eilands is a Latvian musician and beatboxer best known as a core member of PeR, the innovative pop and beatboxing project that emerged from Latvia’s electronic music scene in 2007. As part of the ensemble, Eilands helped pioneer a distinctive blend of vocal percussion and pop sensibilities, showcasing Latvia’s creative approach to contemporary electronic music.

PeR gained international recognition when representing Latvia at the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest with “Here We Go,” bringing their unique beatboxing-driven sound to a global audience. Through various lineup iterations, Eilands has remained instrumental in developing PeR’s signature style, which bridges experimental vocal techniques with accessible electronic pop production.
