Der Plan is a pioneering German electronic music collective from Düsseldorf, formed in 1979 by Moritz Reichelt, Kai Horn, and Frank Fenstermacher. Originally operating under the name Weltaufstandsplan, the group became instrumental in shaping Neue Deutsche Welle (NDW), the influential electronic and post-punk movement that emerged from Germany in the late 1970s and early 1980s.

The group’s experimental approach to synthesizers and drum machines helped define the NDW sound, blending electronic production with avant-garde sensibilities.
