Mike Park is an American musician and label founder best known for his work in ska and punk music. As a multi-instrumentalist saxophonist and vocalist, Park has performed with several influential bands including Skankin' Pickle, The Chinkees, and The Bruce Lee Band, establishing himself as a distinctive voice within the ska-punk scene.
In 1996, Park founded Asian Man Records, an independent label he continues to operate from California. The label has become a crucial platform for ska and punk artists, providing early support to now-established acts like Less Than Jake, Alkaline Trio, and The Lawrence Arms. Beyond his work as a label curator and bandleader, Park maintains an active solo career, releasing music under his own name and through various musical projects that showcase his commitment to independent, artist-driven music production.
